Optima Solutions Oy’s House Optima® Service User Register.

4. Registry Content

The following information about the user will be collected in the registry: first name, last name, email address, zip code, city and phone number. Personal data will not be stored for no more than three (3) months after the user deletes the user account or the passive user account is deleted by the service provider.

5. Purpose of Personal Data Processing

The collected personal information is used so that users of the House Optima® Service can provide services to users based on their their consent, which is required during registration and as a condition for using the Service. The processing of personal information does not involve automatic decision making or profiling.

The information you provide when you sign up for House Optima®, as described in Section 4.

7. Regular Disclosure of Information

Your personal information can be disclosed to third parties only in the framework of your use of the House Optima® Services and with your consent, subject to the House Optima® the Terms of Service.

8. Withdrawal of Consent

The data subject has the right at any time to withdraw the consent to the processing of the personal data. Consent to the processing of the personal data should be made by e-mail to the user from the registered email address using the contact details of the controller.

9. Data transfer outside the EU or EEA

10. Data Protection Principles

The user registry is in electronic form in a system protected by firewalls, passwords and other security programs. Database servers are stored in data centers with limited data, which are used by a service provider with 24-hour security and access control. Access to the User Register is restricted to those employed by the Controller and other designated persons who need information in the course of their duties. Each user has his own username and password for logging in. All registry usage is automatically controlled.

11. Personal Data – Right of access, rectification and deletion

The data subject has the right at any time to check the data stored in the data controller and request correction or deletion of the data. Any request for verification or correction of information should be made by e-mail to the user from the registered email address using the contact information of the controller. All requests should be answered within a reasonable period of time without undue delay. In order to delete data, delete the user account.

12. The right to request restrictions on the processing, object to the processing and transfer data from one system to another

The data subject has the right at any time to demand that processing be restricted, or to object to processing by closing the user account. If the user wants to transfer data from one system to another, it is necessary to send a request for data transmission by e-mail to the user from the registered e-mail address of the contact person of the controller using the above contact information. All requests should be answered within a reasonable period of time without undue delay.

13. Supervisory Authority

The data subject has the right to make a complaint to the Authority, on which the EDPS operates in Finland (Data Protection Ombudsman’s office: Ratapihantie 9, 6th floor, FI-00520 Helsinki, tel: 029 56 66700, email: privacy@om.fi).
